Terms of Use
Effective July 30, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Spark•Academy website, courses, workshops, mentoring programs, and related content. By using the site or participating in an offering, you agree to use Spark•Academy in a respectful and lawful way.
Educational Purposes
Spark•Academy provides educational content and learning experiences. Content is provided for general learning and skill-building purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Learning takes practice. We aim to provide useful guidance, examples, challenges, and feedback, but we do not guarantee specific results, job outcomes, business outcomes, or performance improvements.
Courses, Workshops, and Mentoring
Offerings may change over time. Details such as format, dates, pricing, refunds, access windows, and participation rules should be reviewed where you register or enroll.
Copyright and Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, all original content made available through Spark•Academy is copyrighted by Paul Tocatlian. This includes site copy, course and workshop materials, curricula, lessons, exercises, prompts, templates, frameworks, photographs, graphics, audio, video, recordings, downloads, source code, page design, and the selection and arrangement of that content. All rights are reserved. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Limited License
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access purchased or freely provided materials for your own personal learning or internal professional use. This license does not transfer ownership or grant any right to publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the materials.
Prohibited Uses
Except with prior written permission or as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display or perform, record, archive, systematically download, scrape, text-and-data mine, or otherwise exploit any Spark•Academy content. You may not use the content to create competing courses, workshops, services, publications, templates, or derivative training materials. You also may not place the content in a shared repository or dataset, use it to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground an artificial intelligence model or system, or remove copyright notices, attribution, watermarks, access controls, or embedded metadata.
Account Access and Sharing
Unless an offering expressly includes a team or group license, access is for one participant only. You may not share login credentials, private links, downloads, videos, recordings, transcripts, or course files with another person. Live workshops, mentoring sessions, and other private learning experiences may not be recorded, transcribed, rebroadcast, or distributed without prior written consent.
Permissions, Fair Use, and Enforcement
Permission requests must be approved in writing before the proposed use begins. Nothing in these terms limits fair use, public-domain use, or any other right that cannot lawfully be waived. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access, takedown or deletion demands, and pursuit of available legal or equitable remedies. A failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Acceptable Use
Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy materials for resale, harass others, or use Spark•Academy content in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to external websites or services. Spark•Academy is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Availability
We may update, pause, remove, or change site content and offerings at any time. We try to keep things working, but the site and content are provided as available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spark•Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, content, or offerings.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site and offerings evolve. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
